Tiger Eye activates the first through third chakras and mostly deals with things from our physical world. Our Root Chakra relates to our survival instinct, the Sacral Chakra is the pleasure centre and the Solar Plexus Chakra is responsible for the direction and employment of energies.
Tiger Eye is a powerful ally to have in our corner, by balancing our bottom three chakras we prepare ourselves to move into the more divine aspects of our being. Many people don’t realize that the golden sections of Tiger Eye are really asbestos. Not to worry about developing lung cancer, unless you are grinding the stone dry which creates the harmful dust.
Tiger Eye is beneficial to many physical dis-eases like: spleen, pancreas, digestive system, colon and balancing our emotions as well. Tiger Eye Activates our personal power by grounding us to the earth energies, this activation of personal power clears our perception and insight and removes our resistant to change.

Kundalini rises one further level to Maniupura, our Solar Plexus Chakra. Its location is just above our navel.
This Chakra represents our will power, self esteem, energy, assertiveness and is not to be confused with aggression or the aggressor. This chakra gives us the confidence to speak up when we have an intuition or knowing that is strong within us. The Manipura Chakra also includes our digestive system, pancreas gland and muscles on the physical plane.
The element Fire best describes Manipura Chakra. Fire creates energy or fuel for the physical body sending signals to the different muscles to flex or contract. This fire element also aids our spiritual path, allowing us to be effective in a non-dominating role which creates self worth and power within. Manipura Chakra has also been called the sun centre, the sun lights the path that guides us through the maze of resistance and opposition. The Manipura Chakra provides us the keys to finding balance between our Dharma (Life Purpose) and Karma (Past Experience). Knowledge is Wisdom, provided that we learn from our experiences. With this chakra balanced we can learn and grow from our mistakes.
I also believe that particular crystals and minerals can help bring us towards our Dharma and bring out the warrior by balancing/healing the Manipura Chakra. The stones that I would suggest are Citrine and Calcite. Citrine is my “go to” stone when I want to act on my gut instinct and feel powerful from within.
