The Snowflake and our Crown Chakra Sahasrara

The beauty of the snow flake, each one completely different from the other.  Like us, we are each different from one another and create the crystalline structure, the vibration of pure love and gratitude – Crystal Clear Energy.

I have often thought that Quartz is actually fossilized water.  When we think that our own bodies are made up of roughly 70% water, we can see why we resonate so vibrantly with quartz.  Our own thoughts can create a positive or negative ripple throughout our bodies by resonating the liquid crystals within us as proven by Dr. Masaru Emoto, and as discussed by Robert Simmons in their research and books.

Goddess Shakti, also known as our Kundalini Energy, has finally come to Shiva, her eternal dance partner; their dance floor is the entire Universe.  This awakening in the Crown Chakra is remarkable when all 6 Chakras below are in balance. Enlightenment can be experienced in this place.  Pure bliss, love and joy surround every part of you.

Herkimer Quartz Diamonds - $60.00 Each

Auralite 23 Pendant $60.00

This Chakra represents thought, consciousness, knowing, transcendence and meditation.  Our complete understanding of the entire universe around us and our place within it is here in the Crown Chakra.  The Pituitary Gland known as the “Master Gland” is linked with the Crown Chakra and regulates all the other Endocrine Glands maintaining homeostasis throughout your entire body.

The element ‘Thought’ is related with the Crown Chakra.  In the past blogs and newsletters I have indicated the speed of the elements associated with each chakra.  The speed of thought cannot be measured, unlike the Third Eye’s ‘Light Element’ of almost 300,000 km per second.  Our thoughts enable us to connect with the Divine Intelligence, Source, Spirit or God.  When we pray or meditate using our Crown Chakra we become the source of manifestation and creation. In other words, we realize that the Divine Intelligence, Source, Spirit and God is within each one of us, making us “The Creator”.  We leave behind the cognitive mind and open ourselves to the transcendent mindfulness of our soul.
I also believe that particular crystals and minerals can help with our transcendent meditation of the Crown Chakra – our expansion into the Universe.  The stones that I would suggest are: Amethyst and Clear Quartz (Crystal).  Quartz has always been a long time favourite. It comes to us in such variety, shape and sizes.

Clear Quartz Crystal Pendant $30.00 each

Quartz activates our Crown and Soul Star Chakras.  This stone vibrates at a remarkably stable and high frequency making it ideal for use in time measurement and in elevating our spiritual consciousness to new levels, allowing us to cross time, space and dimensions.
Quartz Vibrates at 32,768 Hz.  Quartz has been used in our modern age to measure time by using the piezoelectric effect of pinging the crystal tuning fork within all digital devices like watches and cell phones.  This constant frequency also enhances the pineal and pituitary glands bringing homeostasis to our entire endocrine system and wellbeing to our body.  When our bodies are in balance we are able to elevate to new levels on all planes of existence.
Quartz is known as a remarkable healing stone; brain function, thoughts, meditation, and communication all benefit the carrier.  Quartz works well with most other crystals by enhancing their powers. Double terminated quartz are said to be the most powerful in sending, receiving, storing, activating and amplifying energies, but all quartz crystals are fully capable of this power.

Shiva Lingam or is it a Dinosaur Egg

The Shiva Lingam stones are found along the Narmada River in Central India.  Shiva Lingams are said to raise your Kundalini Energy (our creative energies) and aid in our spiritual connection with the universe.

Shiva Lingam Family!!!

Shiva Lingams are sacred and have been used in ceremony for thousands of years.  Shiva Lingams are seen as a symbol of sexuality, and often combined with a Yoni (a platform to hold the Lingam) that represents feminine energies.  Shiva Lingams are excellent for use in sexual healing by balancing our own levels of masculine and feminine energy, and are also known as the fertility stone.

Shiva Lingams can aid in severing the connection with our past or ended relationships.  Shiva Lingams are often thought to connect with the Earth Energy through our Root Chakra (red end) and open our spirit to the universe by opening our Crown Chakra (white end).

Sahasrara Chakra and its Crystals

Shakti (Kundalini) has finally come to Shiva, her eternal dance partner, their dance floor is the entire Universe.  This awakening in the Crown Chakra is remarkable when all 6 Chakras below are in balance, enlightenment can be experienced in this place.  Pure bliss, love and joy surround every part of you.

This Chakra represents thought, consciousness, knowing, transcendence and mediation.  Our complete understanding of the entire universe around us and our place within it is here in the Crown Chakra.  The Pituitary Gland known as the “Master Gland” is linked with the Crown Chakra and regulates all the other Endocrine Glands maintaining homeostasis throughout your entire body.

The element thought is related with the Crown Chakra.  In the past blogs I indicated the quickness of each element associated with each chakra.  The speed of thought can not be measured, unlike the Third Eye’s Light Element of almost 300,ooo km per second.  Our thoughts enable us to connect with the divine intelligence, source, spirit or god.  When we pray or meditate using our Crown Chakra we become the source of manifestation and creation, in other words, we realize that the divine intelligence, source, spirit and god is within each one of us, making us “The Creator”.  We leave behind the cognitive mind and open ourselves to the transcendent mindfulness of our soul.

I also believe that particular crystals and minerals can help with our transcendent meditation of the Crown Chakra.  The stones that I would suggest are: Amethyst and Clear Quartz (Crystal).  Amethyst is my “go to” stone because of its majestic violet colour.  I am also born in February making this stone my birthstone, naturally I am drawn to this stone.  I love that it is found in abundance near my home, and I don’t have to travel far or pay high prices for it.

Ajna Chakra and its Crystals

Kundalini continues to weave her way up the Caduceus staff, she has now come to the place of intuition and seeing.  Ajna or Third Eye Chakra located in the centre of the head slightly above the eye level relates with our Minds Eye of All Knowing.

This Chakra represents light, colour, seeing, intuition, vision and clairvoyance.  The Ajna Chakra is linked with the Pineal Gland that is sometimes called the “Seat of the Soul” because it acts as a light meter for the body.  Similar to the aperture of a camera, the Pineal Gland translates the amount of sunlight that our body is receiving to the amount of hormones governing our nervous system.  In winter, our body’s metabolism slows down to conserve energy, and in the summer speeds up.  The Pineal Gland or Third Eye Chakra keeps our body in balance and homeostasis with our environment and surroundings.

The element light is related with the Third Eye Chakra.  Light travels the fastest of any element of the lower chakras, at the speed of almost 300,ooo km per second.  Ajna Chakra allows us to see clearly the big picture, hormones are released and our body can now react accordingly to the what we see.  A balanced Third Eye Chakra allows us to use and trust our intuition so that a sense of knowing (Clair Cognizance) surrounds us and our actions.

I also believe that particular crystals and minerals can help with our physical and intuitive vision of the Third Eye Chakra.  The stones that I would suggest are: Lapis Lazuli and Sodalite.  Lapis Lazuli is my “go to” stone because of its beautiful deep indigo (blue) colour.  I am also fascinated with the long history of this stone that has been fought over for thousands of years and has been worshiped by many civilizations.

Visuddha Chakra and its Crystals

Kundalini has now crossed the bridge, through the gateway to the spirit.  Visuddha, the Throat Chakra is where we begin to leave the physical attachments we have, behind us.  This wonderful serpent of creation is on her way to meet her partner Shiva, Kundalini is also known as Shakti the Goddess of creation, whereas Shiva is known as the god of destruction, together they dance the eternal dance of life while keeping the universe in balance.

This Chakra represents our communication and creativity centres, sound, vibration and telepathy are also linked to the throat chakra.  Physically, Visuddha is related to our neck, shoulders, arms and hands.  When we feel that our voice is not being heard, do we not say “our hands are tied”?  While at work, and we are not being honoured for our creativity, do we not feel the tension and stiffness in our shoulders?  Two glands are connected to this chakra, the Thyroid and Parathyroid.  The Thyroid promotes body/brain growth and cell repair while the Parathyroid assists with calcium and phosphate metabolism.

The element sound is related with the throat chakra.  Sound travels at 1159 km per hour and is received through the eardrum.  Both the ear and the throat are linked and acting as one entity, our speaking skills are only as good as our listening and vice versa.  Our actual audible capabilities range somewhere between 40Hz – 18kHz and comes with limitations from hearing loss or our ego sometimes gets in the way and may have already passed judgement before we have even heard the words spoken.

I also believe that particular crystals and minerals can help with our speaking and listening skills and bring balance to our throat chakra.  The stones that I would suggest are: Kyanite, Blue Lace Agate and Turquoise.  Blue Lace Agate is my “go to” stone when I can’t afford the other two and I want to balance my throat chakra or preparing to give a speech to a large audience.

Anahata Chakra and its Crystals

The rising Kundalini has now arrived at Anahata Chakra, our heart chakra.   Anahata is at the fulcrum of our bodies, the midpoint between matter and spirit, our physical body chakras are below and our spiritual chakras are above, this is our spiritual centre or gateway.

This Chakra represents our love centre where our breath and balance are forged.  It creates unity within us and keeps our relationships on an even keel.  When you want to help or heal others, we focus on our own heart, the heart of “giving love freely” without expectations or stings attached, this is the love of Anahata Chakra.  This Chakra is closely linked with the Thymus Gland that maintains our body’s defenses during injury or illness, the balance centre or fulcrum of our physical bodies.

The element Air is closely related to the heart chakra.  I am sure you have heard someone say “I feel like I am walking on air” this usually occurs when we are feeling full of love.  Air and Love move freely across borders and great divides, binding all living things together as one.  The soft caress of love enlightens us to our higher consciousness and awakens within us the divine light of spirit, universe or any other name you may call it.

I also believe that particular crystals and minerals can help attract more love, or balance the love that we already have.  The stones that I would suggest are: Jade, Rose Quartz,  Malachite, Moss Agate, Rhodenite, Rhodochrosite and Serpentine.  Rose Quarts is my “go to” stone when I want to balance my heart centre and truly feel the love that is within me.

Manipura Chakra and its Crystals

Kundalini rises one further level to Maniupura, our Solar Plexus Chakra.  Its location is just above our navel.

This Chakra represents our will power, self esteem, energy, assertiveness and is not to be confused with aggression or the aggressor.  This chakra gives us the confidence to speak up when we have an intuition or knowing that is strong within us.  The Manipura Chakra also includes our digestive system, pancreas gland and muscles on the physical plane.

The element Fire best describes Manipura Chakra.  Fire creates energy or fuel for the physical body sending signals to the different muscles to flex or contract.  This fire element also aids our spiritual path, allowing us to be effective in a non-dominating role which creates self worth and power within.  Manipura Chakra has also been called the sun centre, the sun lights the path that guides us through the maze of resistance and opposition.  The Manipura Chakra provides us the keys to finding balance between our Dharma (Life Purpose) and Karma (Past Experience).  Knowledge is Wisdom, provided that we learn from our experiences.  With this chakra balanced we can learn and grow from our mistakes.

I also believe that particular crystals and minerals can help bring us towards our Dharma and bring out the warrior by balancing/healing the Manipura Chakra.  The stones that I would suggest are Citrine and Calcite.  Citrine is my “go to” stone when I want to act on my gut instinct and feel powerful from within.

Svadhisthana Chakra and its Crystals

Working our way up the vertebrae of your spine, we come to the next stop of Kundalini’s weave, Svadhisthana our Sacral Chakra.

This Chakra represents our instinctual knowing or gut feeling about something.  The Sacral Chakra also includes our cravings, pleasure and of course our sensuality and sexuality, these aspects allow us to feel confident in the skin we are in.

The element Water best describes Svadhisthana Chakra, creating fluidity and grace in our bodily movement.  We always tend to gravitate towards pleasure or things that make us feel good inside, this pleasure is essential for health by releasing hormones that stimulate the body and brain.  There is a famous quote by Gandhi “Be the change you want to see in this world”, if we break down this quote we can see that; when we desire pleasure, we move towards it, this movement creates change, and change is what this world needs.  When our Sacral Chakra is in balance, we are in harmony with our surroundings, feeling the love and passion of our world and the ebb and flow of life.

I also believe that particular crystals and minerals can help facilitate our movement towards positive change and or help heal the Sacral Chakra.  The stones that I would suggest are Carnelian, Jasper and Mahogany Obsidian.  Carnelian is my “go to” stone when I want to feel empowered to change something in my life, or just feel more pleasure in my daily routine.
